House of Vintage is an online lighting retailer based in the United States, offering decorative and functional lighting products, including chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling lights, wall lights, and related lighting products.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations relating to online shopping, electronic transactions, and website use.

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Orders and Payments

House of Vintage currently accepts payment through:

Payment must be completed in full before an order can be confirmed, processed, or shipped.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, product availability, promotions, specifications, and other website information may be changed or corrected without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Billing information

  • Shipping information

  • Contact information

  • Product selections

  • Order quantities

  • Model, size, finish, color, and configuration selections, where applicable

House of Vintage reserves the right to refuse, place on hold, or cancel an order when:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • Payment cannot be verified or completed through PayPal

  • Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed

  • A product becomes unavailable

  • The shipping address is incomplete, inaccurate, or outside our eligible delivery area

  • The selected product specifications cannot be fulfilled

  • The order violates these Terms of Service or another applicable policy

If House of Vintage cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before 3:00 PM EST on the same day they are placed, provided that order processing has not already begun.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or United States federal holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

After delivery, any eligible return must follow the procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Shipping and Delivery

House of Vintage ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order processing time: 28–42 business days

  • Shipping transit time: 28–42 business days after shipment

  • Total estimated delivery time: 56–84 business days from the date the order begins processing

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and United States federal holidays.

Shipping is free for all eligible orders unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

The estimated delivery timeframe includes both order processing time and shipping transit time. Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs or regulatory inspections, where applicable

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Peak-season order volumes

  • Product availability, preparation, or production delays

  • Supply shortages

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, we may contact the customer with a revised estimated shipping date. Where required by applicable law, the customer will be given the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

House of Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment requires investigation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their shipping address before submitting an order.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, address correction, returned package, or reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Eligible lighting products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return, a product must generally be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • Unwired

  • Unassembled

  • Unaltered

  • In its original condition and packaging

All original manuals, labels, mounting hardware, components, and accessories must be included.

Products showing signs of installation, wiring, assembly, modification, misuse, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when the return results from personal preference or a customer ordering error, including ordering the wrong:

  • Product

  • Model

  • Dimensions

  • Color

  • Finish

  • Configuration

  • Quantity

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error on our part, House of Vintage will be responsible for approved return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • A refund confirmation email will be sent after the refund has been processed.

PayPal or the customer’s financial institution may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the customer’s account.

Original shipping charges and other non-refundable charges, where applicable, will not be refunded unless the return results from a product that was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming that the mounting surface and electrical box can support the product

  • Arranging professional installation where appropriate

Where electrical wiring or hardwired installation is required, installation should be performed by a qualified professional familiar with the applicable electrical requirements.

Customers should not install, assemble, wire, modify, or use a product that appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

House of Vintage is not responsible for damage, injury, electrical issues, property damage, or product failure caused by improper installation, wiring, assembly, modification, maintenance, use, storage, or handling after delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Logos

  • Brand elements

  • Designs
