1. Where do you ship?
House of Vintage currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days
4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- Returned with tags and accessories attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
9. Is return shipping free?
Yes. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking or handling fees.
10. How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
No. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
12. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of:
- The item received
- The original packaging
- The shipping label
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or full refund.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before 3:00 PM (EST) on the same day they are placed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
