Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

Return Method and Fees
All approved returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the wrong item, size, color, or product was ordered by the customer.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the package to the return address provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Exchanges
At this time, House of Vintage does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
After your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before 3:00 PM (EST) on the same day they are placed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the return procedure outlined above.
